AE&S was founded out of a desire to fill a void that has developed in the Land Development Consulting industry. Too many firms have let customer service go by the wayside in favor of poor attention to detail, lack of communication with their client and consulting team members, and putting their firm’s bottom line above any previous, current, and future relationships. At AE&S we value EVERY client & project and treat them all as if they are our ONLY client & project. We keep company overhead low which allows us to focus our efforts on providing clients with the responsiveness, expertise in design services, and competitive pricing that they deserve.

Why is AE&S considered a “boutique” consulting firm? Simple really. From your first phone call or email to AE&S you will be in contact with a Principal Engineer and/or Surveyor. Your initial Principal contact will not fade away as your project progresses. They will, in fact, take the opposite route and will become entrenched in the project as your hands-on, on-call, expert during all phases of preliminary design, final design, and ultimately construction. At AE&S our clients are treated like precious commodities and are not passed along as new projects come in the door.
